Information needed
To verify the Chinese company we need
a) company's name (in English or Chinese)
b) additional information to identify the Chinese company, such as trademarks.
Useful information
For example: website, Alibaba link, address, phone number, picture of business card, contract, certificates, etc...
Insufficient Information
If the information you submit is insufficient for us to perform the verification, we will email you to ask for more details.
The report
How long will it take to get my report?
We process the report in 1 working day. In general you will receive your report within 24 hours, excluding weekends.
What happens if the company isn’t registered?
If we cannot identify registration in Mainland China you will receive a red (negative) report. And we will give you credit to ask another report.

Does it always include all the information?
NOT always all the information is available. If the company is more reliable is possible to get more information.
What does the rating on the first page mean?
It is a letter and a score from 0 to 100: A from 90 to 100, B from 70 to 89, C from 60 to 69, D from 40 to 59 and N when there is not enough information. It summarizes the rest of the report but does not replace reading the legal and operational risks.
Privacy
Will the Chinese company know?
No. All of our services are completely anonymous. We conduct our research in a very discreet manner and the Chinese company will not be contacted or notified.
